Dear Foster Family,
Our hearts and prayers go out to you during this bittersweet time. Belonging to Westover, we have been both blessed and touched by his amazing testimony of faith. Although we never had the great privilege of meeting him personally, words can't express how greatly Dr. Foster will be missed. He always left us smiling with tears of joy and inspiration. What a life well lived for God's Glory!
